I got 3 items reviewed and they all came back with a report giving reasons for their results. Two of the authentic and one fake, which was what I expected. Turnover time was accurate and it’s cheap compared to another company I used, and I with faster promised turnovers!! Would go back and have more items reviewed.

Premium Outlets is a scam online store

Premium Outlets is a scam online store. I paid almost 400 dollars for Baccarat extrait de parfume. Only to receive an obviously fake bottle with the wrong font and crooked label. I reached out to this company via email. Left a review, sent a complaint with a photo via email and I have zero reply. I want to send this fake back and get a refund so I can purchase the real bottle. I sprayed this fake scent and it lasted less than an hour. This was a complete waste of money and I will NEVER order from this company again. This was my first and last experience.

They provide me authenticity result within 24 hours, most of the times it takes 4-5 hours only actually. The results are accurate and the photos they require also help me know how to pay attention better at detail to spot a fake bag

Great service in this tricky world

So far my experience with Legit Grails…

So far my experience with Legit Grails is okay, though there was one item (LV shoes) which I had to take photos several times all over again for 4 times because of wrong photo uploaded. They should have just ask me to upload only for the wrong picture that was submitted, instead of wasting my time taking for the whole angles of the shoes all over again.

Must Use!!!

I recently bought a vintage Chanel pre loved bag from an authorized seller. I felt good about the purchase but I needed to authenticate since it had no serial number. I chose 24 hours. I uploaded as many photos as I could with different angles. LegitGrails delivered the email in A timely manner. They gave a very detailed explanation for my bag being authentic. I highly recommend and I will use again.

FAKE item certified as authentic

Found a nice Tiffany & Co cuff in a second hand shop. Took photos and sent for authentication. Legitgrails assessed as authentic. Based on this information I made the non-refundable purchase. I took the cuff home and polished it and it came up as copper underneath silver plate!! I advised Legitgrails and instead of offering refund or compensation they offer a complimentary secondary evaluation- on a sterling silver piece that is rosy-orange in the section I polished it obviously COPPER. They have photos of this. Hopeless. Legitgrails, if you’re not sure about something don’t issue an authentic certificate, and don't offer a reevaluation of an obviously fake item just for the sake of keeping my $$$. Awaiting refund as a minimum.
