Otrium is an online fashion outlet based in Amsterdam. It sells older and end-of-season stock from fashion brands at a discount. It does not sell in the United States: in October 2026 it delivered only to the UK and 17 EU countries, and its English site priced everything in euros.

Otrium launched in Amsterdam in 2015, according to a January 2024 report by Glossy. Its business details page, read in October 2026, names the company as Otrium B.V. in Amsterdam, with Dutch Chamber of Commerce number 63996901.

Its About page sums up the model in one line: "We partner with fashion brands to sell archive or older collections at irresistible prices."

Otrium used to sell in the US. On January 1, 2024, Glossy reported that Otrium had closed its US operations and made a "strategic arrangement" to transition its US business to Rue Gilt Groupe, the company behind Rue La La and Gilt. Otrium had also left the UK, and in September 2025 FashionUnited reported its UK relaunch with brands such as AllSaints, Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein.

Shopping on Otrium From the US

When we opened us.otrium.com in October 2026, it redirected to otrium.com. Its country menu listed eight European countries and "Rest of Europe", with no United States option. We read the English-language site, which showed prices in euros (EUR).

According to its shipping page, read in October 2026, Otrium delivers to 17 EU countries, among them Germany, France, Spain and the Netherlands, plus the United Kingdom. The page adds: "Don't see your country listed at all? We don't currently offer delivery there." A US address is outside that list.

Inside that area, its help center lists shipping from €6.95 to €9.95, or £5.95 to the UK, with delivery in 2 to 9 working days depending on the country.

Are all Items on Otrium Authentic?

Otrium's pages explain where its stock comes from. Its help center, read in October 2026, says: "As a fashion outlet, our items come from leftover stock and are inspected before shipping." Another help page says Otrium helps its "brand partners to regain the value of their end-of-season items." We did not find a dedicated authenticity policy in its help center or its terms and conditions.

What you can check yourself: compare the labels, care tags and hangtags with the brand's own product photos, keep the order confirmation and packaging, and photograph the item when it arrives. For an expensive piece, get an independent authentication while you are still inside the return window.

Otrium Prices

On the English site we read in October 2026, product listings show the Otrium price in euros next to a higher reference price marked with an asterisk. The footnote explains it: "This is the price set by the manufacturer, excluding shipping costs." The homepage advertised "Up to 75% off", and the same footnote says promotions "vary and apply to selected brands." Its help center says prices include VAT and change with dynamic pricing.

Can you Return Items to Otrium?

Yes. According to its return policy, read in October 2026, you have 30 days from receiving an order to register a return, then 14 days to send it back. The policy says the window was 60 days until August 1, 2026. Items must be in their "original, unworn, and undamaged condition with all tags attached". Underwear, earrings, perfume and some swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

A return fee of €6.95 (£5.95 in the UK, 33 zł in Poland) comes off the refund unless you qualify for a free return. If you send back the whole order, the original shipping cost is refunded. Processing can take up to 14 days after the return arrives. If an item arrives damaged or dirty, the help center says return shipping is free when you pick that reason.

Does Otrium Have Good Customer Service?

Otrium's contact page, read in October 2026, lists a contact form as always available. Live chat was marked "Temporarily unavailable while our team works through a higher number of requests than usual." If you are not satisfied with how a complaint is handled, Otrium says you can take it to the Dutch Foundation for Consumer Complaints Boards.
